So how does this work?

 

CONTACT:

      You email me with a phone number and describe the documentary package you want.

PHONE CALL:

      We discuss your project to see if Retro Reflections will be a good fit for your project.

CONSULTATION:

      We have an in-person consultation where we:

     - outline the events in your documentary

     - choose an interview location(s) (I'll have my camera there so we can see what the shots will look like.)

     - discuss any other elements you would like to add to your documentary

     - pay the initial deposit of $500

     - schedule a date to film

INTERVIEW:

      I film your interview where I prompt you with the topics in the outline we created.

PHOTO SELECTION:

      I edit the interview and I'll email you a detailed list of the topics you discussed in chronological order.

      You will then be able to gather pictures match the topics you discussed.

SECOND VISIT:

      Once you gather your pictures, I meet with you again so you can provide context for each one

      Your part is done - I get to work incorporating the images into the documentary, adding music, etc.

FINAL EDIT:

      I deliver the documentary myself and you make the final payment.

      You have a week to contact me in order to request any changes.
